JOB DESCRIPTION
Orcawise is seeking motivated Legal Consultants to join our team and specialize in AI and Advanced Prompt Engineering. This unique role offers legal professionals the opportunity to gain expertise in the cutting-edge field of Responsible AI by contributing to the development of our EU AI Act Q&A Pairs and LLM training. Through this program, you will develop technical skills and real-world experience, ultimately transitioning into a sought-after Tech Lawyer.

You will work alongside our team of AI engineers, data scientists, and legal experts, creating robust, AI-driven solutions while navigating the evolving regulatory landscape of AI governance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write and refine Q&A Pairs for the EU AI Act to enhance the performance of Orcawise’s Custom LLMs.
• You will recieve full training an mentoring in prompt Engineering & Legal Data Curation (Q&A Pairs).
• Apply Advanced Prompt Engineering techniques to train AI systems in providing accurate and legally sound responses.
• Research and interpret EU AI Act provisions and related regulations to inform AI development and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated legal advice.
• Participate in live training sessions, learning advanced AI and legal technology concepts.
• Contribute to the development of innovative legal tools and solutions for AI compliance and governance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Legal Background: Qualified lawyer or advanced legal education (LLM or equivalent), with a strong interest in AI and technology.
• Research Skills: Ability to analyze complex legal texts, synthesize key points, and translate them into accessible Q&A formats.
• Tech Literacy: Eager to learn and apply Advanced Prompt Engineering techniques and work with AI models.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Willingness to acquire technical skills and transition into the field of Tech Law.

PREFERRED

• Familiarity with the EU AI Act or other AI-related regulations.
• Experience with legal document automation, Q&A development, or compliance workflows.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies or natural language processing concepts.
