What It Takes (WIT) Program is a modular mentoring program to support entrepreneurs through the scaling phases of your business.

This new program is customised to the requirements of each company. The program is centered around digital selling & data-driven customer acquisition. Companies that embark on agressive revenue generation activities often discover that there are gaps or flaws in their scaling strategy. If/when this happens, WIT Program participants have the option of taking additional modules like product-market fit, fundraising strategies & financial planning, team building, process automation, AI strategy roadmaps.

About the Program

This program enables participants to gain clarity about what it takes to successfully scale a business. What it takes to be in the top 10% of entrepreneurs; what you have to do to avoid failure and ensure you get the outcome you want. The core of the program is digital selling - sales is the great leveller - not only does sales speak to the bottom line but it drives decision making for every aspect of the business. Participants attend weekly mentoring sessions to implement the scaling strategies, tools and techniques. Weekly goals and accountability is put in place.

    Modern frameworks to start sales & marketing conversations at scale. AI tools and data pipelines to enable the rapid personalisation of messages.

  • Week 5: Automate opportunity generation

    Get an RoI from your database of contacts with a set of techniques that quickly moves your MQL's to Opportunities ready for closing.

  • Week 6: Close Deals

    Buyers want to buy. Techniques to create a 'seller free' zone where your buyers are empowered to select your business above the competition every time.

Program leaders and mentors

The program is run by The Orcawise Scaling Team who are focused on scaling companies with modern marketing strategies, tools and techniques. Participants work remotely and engage via Google Workspace, Zoom and Google Classroom. On-the-job learning is achieved via mentoring sessions, videos, slides and templated tools and files. Program participants implement the scaling strategies, tools and techniques and recieve weekly review and feedback sessions from the mentors.
